Recipe for "Cake Pops"
Bake any box cake as directed and let cool. (I prefer Betty Crocker Triple Chocolate Fudge Super Moist Cake) Crumble in large bowl, add 1/3 can of frosting in a can and mix with a beater. (Again, Chocolate) Roll into small balls about 1-1/4" (meatball size) and place on wax paper or parchment paper. Melt Chocolate Almond Bark in bowl. Dip the tip of one end of Lollipop Stick into Almond Bark and push into cake ball. Let sit to harden. Pour Almond Bark over cake ball with a spoon, tap the stick gently on the side of the bowl to remove excess chocolate. Place on wax paper or parchment paper to cool and set. You can use the white Almond Bark with oil based food coloring to decorate. Enjoy!
